- TruStart will never ask you to send crypto to us to “secure” or “protect” it.
- No one from TruStart will ask for your seed phrase, passwords or one-time codes.
- If someone is pushing you to buy crypto — a new friend, an “investment coach”, or someone promising to recover lost money — stop and email us first.
- TruStart will never ask you, by phone, video or email, to move funds to a wallet we have not confirmed in writing, share your seed phrase or recovery words, or install remote-access software.

How long does a trade take?
Once your identity is verified, most requests are handled the same business day. Settlement is same day once funds clear. Depending on the payment method, funds may take 1 to 5 business days to clear. Final delivery also depends on network confirmation times, which vary by coin.
Which currencies and coins do you support?
You pay in pounds sterling (GBP), euros (EUR) or Australian dollars (AUD), and receive Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or USD Coin (USDC). We accept SWIFT wire, Faster Payments (FPS), CHAPS, SEPA and PayID.
Is TruStart registered?
TruStart is registered in Canada with FINTRAC as a money services business (registration number M20145008). This is a Canadian registration. You can check it yourself on FINTRAC’s public MSB registry ↗ by searching for M20145008.
Do I need to open an account?
There's no online account to create. You will still complete identity verification before your first trade, because the law requires it.

Any message about a trade or payment instructions comes only from an @tstech.info address. Where a compliance verification call or video is required, it is arranged in advance by email from an @tstech.info address. TruStart will never ask you, by phone, video or email, to move funds to a wallet we have not confirmed in writing, share your seed phrase or recovery words, or install remote-access software. If anyone contacts you claiming to be TruStart without arranging it by email from @tstech.info, stop and email compliance@tstech.info to check.
